Electron Diffraction during which, in a sequential order, electrons of the Incident Beam are inelastically scattered, form a Point Source inside the Specimen, and leave the Specimen through Bragg Diffraction.
In an experimental setup the diffraction described here will form a Kikuchi pattern which is measured to infer information about the crystal lattice of the sample.
This definition makes use of the wave-particle dualism in the sense that we use both the term scattering and diffraction in one definition.
